Commisso's Pina Colada

Ingredients 1 1/2 oz Dark Rum 3 oz Coconut Cream 5 oz Pineapple Juice Juice of Half of a lime Turbinado Sugar (raw sugar) 1 Pineapple wedge 1 Lime Wedge
Method Rim a daiquiri glass with the lime wedge and dip the rim in the sugar. Meanwhile, in a cocktail shaker filled with ice, put the rum, coconut cream, pineapple juice, and the lime juice. Cover and shake vigorously for 1 min.
Strain carefully into the glass and garnish with the lime and pineapple wedges.
