Coco Water Martini

Ingredients 1 1/2 oz Pineapple Rum 1/2 oz Dark rum 1oz Pineapple Juice 3oz Coco Water 1 Wedge of coconut flesh Palm Sugar
Method Rim a martini glass with the coconut wedge and dip only half of the rim into the palm sugar and fill with ice.
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, rums, pineapple juice and the coco water, shake vigorously for 1 min.
Strain into the Martini glass and garnish with the coconut wedge.
