Balsamic Grilled Vegetables Serves: 4 Ingredients Method In a large bowl toss all of the vegetables with 4tbs of balsamic vinegar, 4tbs olive oil, and salt and pepper. Grill the vegetables until softened but still crunchy. Carefully cut the vegetables into smaller bite size pieces while still hot. In the same large bowl toss the cooked vegetables with the remaining 4tbs balsamic vinegar, and 4tbs olive oil, along with the honey, soft herbs and salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm, room temperature, or cold. |
